Returns

  • Certain items (e.g., food, gift cards, or health and personal care items) cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • After we receive and evaluate your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • Items will only be replaced if they are found to be defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping fee will be subtracted from the total amount.
